Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is an essential when you are traveling abroad, so check your insurance policy for full medical and accident coverage.

A European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) entitles you to reduced-cost, sometimes free, medical treatment that becomes necessary while you’re in a European Economic Area (EEA) country. The EHIC replaced the E111 form as of 1 January 2006, meaning that E111 forms are no longer valid. You can online for the EHIC by visiting the EHIC Application website.

The Complex

We want you to enjoy your holiday to the full, but please remember that our apartment is situated on a quiet residential complex, and we as owners have a responsibility to keep it that way. We therefore respectfully ask our guests to consider neighbours who may not be on holiday themselves.

The Apartment

Please remember that we are not running a business, this is our holiday home, and we are merely renting out in order to cover our costs. The apartment and all items within it are our personal possessions and so we would be very grateful if you would take care when using them.

Please inform us of any damage or breakages so that we can repair / replace as necessary for our next guests. We reserve the right to charge for any losses incurred, although minor accidents would be unlikely to be charged provided they are reported to our local representative.

Anything of ours that you choose to use you do so at your own risk. You agree to indemnify us against any claim for injury, loss, damage howsoever caused. You agree that we the owners shall not accept any responsibility for injury to guests or third parties or loss or damage to their belongings.

Swimming Pool

As guests of ours you are entitled to use the communal swimming pool. Please note that this is an entitlement, it is not a facility provided by us as part of the accommodation. We are not responsible for the pool and we have no control over it. Our guests who choose to use it do so at their own risk and agree not to hold us liable for any loss or injury howsoever caused. As far as we are aware there is no life guard, so please take special care and take all the normal precautions.

For their own safety you are advised never to leave children unattended in or around the pool or sea, no matter how well you think they can swim, or whatever buoyancy aids they have. Do not run in the pool area. No diving. It is advisable to acquaint yourselves with the depth, i.e. shallow/deep ends before use. Do not use when feeling unwell, or soon after a meal, or when under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

We hope that you have an enjoyable stay at our apartment. If you have any problems whilst on holiday please contact our local representative immediately on the numbers provided so that they can be resolved as soon as possible.
